Eiddos is proprietary software built and used exclusively by BW Surveyor to manage every aspect of the surveying practice.
Developed in-house, Eiddos handles the full workflow from initial enquiry through to invoice and report delivery — including booking management, client communications, EPC data lookups, calendar scheduling, and FreeAgent invoicing integration.
The system is not a commercial product and is not available for purchase or licensing. It was built specifically to support the way BW Surveyor works — combining the technical requirements of RICS and RPSA-accredited surveying with a personal, client-focused approach.
If you’ve received an email from BW Surveyor and noticed a reference to Eiddos, it simply means your appointment or survey was managed through this system.
